Premium quality fiberglass rear fender that will last a lifetime and are made here in the USA! Our molds were made using pristine originals which in turn has produced a highly authentic looking reproduction on all outward appearances.
Important: Fiberglass is curing for months after it's made; the parts tend to conform to the shape of it's resting place. To adjust to desired fitment, please use a NON Flame heat lamp or sun to make it more flexible to assist in fitment process.
About the fenders:
56-1/2" Long x 12" Wide
- Hand lain ISO (Isophthalic) gel coat for top notch weather durability.
- ISO resin with 35% glass to 65% resin ratio for high strength.
- Cloth laminate overlay added. Which assures no brittle parts or chips when you go to put holes in the fender to mount to your truck. Easy to paint.
- Robust mounting flange for strong secure attachment to truck.
- Each fender weighs 10 lbs which illustrates rugged and durable construction.
- Fiberglass can move some after extracted form the molds and sitting / shipping. Expect to do some minor fitment as is normal with any fiberglass panel.
