Premium quality made in the USA. This tailgate has a handle is inside the bed so the outside has a smooth, flush look, much like the look of a fleetside tailgate with a smooth tailgate cover. An embossed CHEVROLET® Bowtie emblem is shown on the outside. A customizing kit is also included to convert original bed sides to work with the handle and latching mechanism. Installation of this tailgate requires modification to bed sides. Bed sides are also available with custom bed side upgrades that have the latch mechanism already installed. 16 gage electro galvanized steel. Ready to primer and paint. Tailgate hinges sold separately. This Tailgate requires Latches and Link Assemblies that are sold separately.
