Combined Shipping – Most of our listings are set up to automatically combine and discount shipping.  The trick on eBay is to use Buy-It-Now on each item before going to checkout to pay -or- by asking us to send an invoice when you have completed all purchases.  You can also contact us before you buy and ask for a firm shipping quote by sending your postal code and all eBay item numbers you wish to purchase.  If you have already bought and paid for items individually please contact us to review for possible ship cost refund.

Back Orders / Ship Time – Due to high demand / local sales some items may be on back order at the time of your purchase.  In this case we will notify you within 24 hours to see if you would like to wait or would like a full immediate refund. Some high cost items (like running boards) may be make-to-order so please take note of the handling time before placing your order and give consideration before rating us on ship time.

Shipping Damage – On truck freight please inspect the item before signing for it.  Once you sign the carrier washes their hands of any responsibility and makes it nearly impossible to receive insurance reimbursement.  It is better to refuse the shipment (it won’t cost you anything).  By signing for the parts you are agreeing you have received them in good condition.  On smaller items that don’t require signature please contact us and we will do our best to make things right.
