Shipping Damage ? On truck freight please inspect the item before signing for it.  Once you sign the carrier washes their hands of any responsibility and makes it nearly impossible to receive insurance reimbursement.  It is better to refuse the shipment (it won?t cost you anything).  By signing for the parts you are agreeing you have received them in good condition.  On smaller items that don?t require signature please contact us and we will do our best to make things right.
